A call centre on this number is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

After Sales Service

We provide the service of any product you buy from us, be it is any product or any brand. If your product gets damaged during the warranty period, you can call directly to Esquire Service directly.
This is our speciality, so the customer is always very happy. You don't have to call the toll-free number; save time and money.
And also, we provide a standby product (for normal desktops only) against the complaint product until the replacement time. This facility is only for the first year, and after extending this facility against the annual service contract signing up.
We also provide on-site service for your products all the time.

Annual service contract
(only for normal desktop computers)

The annual service contract we offer is very valuable, because during the contract period, you can call for service as many times as you want throughout the year; there is no limitation.
And the damaged parts are replaced with another one on time, until they are replaced. Because of this, your computer never stops working.
And we provide a quarterly clean-up service during the period.
These are our unique aspects of the contract.
And the price of this contract is very attractive.

Customer Care Service

Our team is indebted to you for providing the service to you, so when we complete the service, the customer care person will call you within the stipulated time, ask you about the service, thank you if your reply is good, and if your reply is bad and they will arrange a better solution on time.
You can also call the customer care number anytime and tell us about your needs.

In-house Service

We have set up a special front office setup for this, and the MONDAY TO SATURDAY service is available from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
